Refund policy

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Garments returned must be unworn, with all tags and original packaging included with a copy of the original invoice.
• Other items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and copy of the original invoice.
• All returns will be assessed and if accepted refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• The shipping cost charged by Australia Post or courier is non refundable except when the goods are considered faulty or an incorrect delivery.
• On any item that is "change of mind" this fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Items for exchange must include a pre-paid postage bag for the return. 
• Gift cards and non refundable
