All of our apparel and headwear is available for customised decoration, meaning you can have your logo branded on all of our products.

You have the choice of 4 different decoration options available... embroidery, 3D embroidery, woven badges or TPU badges.



STANDARD EMBROIDERY

Our standard embroidery is premium quality and gives logos a flat look. We encourage our customers to take advantage of our in-house, premium quality embroidery service. All of our apparel and headwear is available for custom embroidery. We use Tajima and Barudan embroidery machines, which are widely regarded as the best in the world. These multi-head embroidery machines offer automatic multi-color embroidery, improving production efficiency.

IN-HOUSE 3D EMBROIDERY

Our 3D embroidery is premium quality giving logos a raised 3D look. We encourage our customers to take advantage of our in-house, premium quality embroidery service. WOVEN BADGES

Woven badge applications are the perfect way to decorate caps when the logo design has small text lettering or complex detail. A woven badge can be a great alternative when traditional embroidery is not possible. They can be created in various shapes and colours to optimise your design.

 

A 45 day lead time is required for woven badge ordering.

TPU BADGES

TPU is the abbreviation of Thermo Plastic Urethane. This material has excellent properties of high tension, toughness and ageing resistance.


TPU is a fantastic way to give your branding a premium textured colourful appearance with fine details and patterns. It's a perfect choice if you're looking for an embossed appearance which you can't get with embroidery or other applications. TPU is available in gloss, matte or metallic finishes and gives your product a real wow factor.
